Overall Responsibility:
MTVH is committed to be a sector-leading supported housing provider, with a portfolio of around 2,500 supported housing units and 3,400 homes for older people. At the heart of this commitment is a drive to deliver high quality accommodation from which customers can receive specialist support.
This role will act as client-side programme manager for the delivery of capital building projects including refurbishments and developments.
This role will be responsible for delivering one of the key objectives in the Care & Support Strategic Plan 2023/28. The objectivedelivering supported housing fit for the future states that we will invest in existing suitable stock, build new supported housing and Later Living homes and sell properties that are not fit for purpose. This post will consider Property, Development and Regeneration options for existing stock, using technical knowledge to identify and drive asset decisions efficiently.
The role will primarily entail being responsible for and making recommendations on investment, refurbishments and disposal (ensuring that asset decisions are measured against strategic priorities, performance and opportunity).
