About the Role

Manchester College is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Capital Projects Manager to oversee the delivery of our capital programme, encompassing all construction and estates-related projects across the College. This is a pivotal role that requires managing projects of varying scalesfrom large, strategic developments to smaller, targeted initiativesensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting the Head of Estates and Capitalin coordinating the wider capital programme, contributing to the rolling 5-year capital plan, and shaping the Colleges estates and capital strategy.
