Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Project Manager within the Estates, Facilities and Development Directorate to coordinate and manage Capital Investment, Backlog Maintenance and Estates Safety Projects.

The role requires significant on-site experience with multiple stakeholders including Contractors, Design Teams, Consultants and clinical groups to ensure delivery and patient experience are optimised.

Qualifications

• Extensive on-site project management experience is essential.
• Experience coordinating with Contractors, Design Teams and clinical staff is required.
• Desirable knowledge of Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Capital Investment, Backlog Maintenance and Estates Safety projects with strong risk/issue management.
• Collaborate with clinicians and managers to optimise patient experience and service delivery.
• Manage project finances, procurement processes, and adherence to budgets.
• Develop briefs and tender documentation in line with Trust financial instructions.
• Lead on one or more projects with planning, day-to-day delivery and performance management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage interdependencies and deliver objectives.
