Service Care Solutions is hiring a Capital Project Manager to lead major capital regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Projects include residential, mixed-use developments, schools, and leisure facilities.

This is a temp to perm position, offering £40 per hour Umbrella LTD (£31.90 per hour PAYE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple large-scale capital projects, managing budgets and timelines.
• Support the Head of Capital Delivery and deputise when required.
• Ensure effective governance, reporting to CMT, PCG, and Cabinet.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and engage end users.
• Oversee home-building programme and regeneration projects.
• Lead procurement and manage external consultants.
• Identify risks and secure funding for projects.
• Manage and lead staff for effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Prince 2, APMP, RICS, or relevant capital project management experience.
• Extensive experience in capital project management is essential.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-million pound budgets, complex project plans, and senior-level governance.
