Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team.

This role focuses on supporting compliance workstreams, managing property data, and ensuring smooth project execution across multiple teams.

Key Details:



  • 6-month contract (potential for extension)


  • Hybrid working (3 days in Kings Cross office, 2 days from home)


  • Rates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph Umbrella

Your Role:


  • Establish baselines for compliance workstreams and set up reconciliation processes.


  • Liaise with multiple departments to gather and validate property data.

  • Provide feedback to the data team and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Collaborate with Compliance teams and contractors to ensure regulatory standards are met.

  • Manage multiple projects in compliance and property management, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (moderate level required).


  • Strong communication skills for engaging with different teams and stakeholders.


  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.


  • Experience in the housing sector or compliance roles ().

  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring software (desirable).
