Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Estates and Facilities team. You will lead capital schemes from feasibility and design through construction, handover and post-implementation review, ensuring safety, quality and value for money.
The role requires strong technical expertise in building, mechanical or engineering disciplines and excellent stakeholder management across clinical, operations and external partners.
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to join the Estates and Facilities team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse programme of new-build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and community capital projects across Frimley Health and community sites. The programme includes schemes ranging from approximately £50,000 to £30 million, with an anticipated capital investment of around £50 million per year over the next three years. Working closely with the Associate Director of Hard FM and wider Estates and Facilities teams, you will take delegated responsibility for the successful delivery of capital schemes from feasibility and design through to construction, completion and handover. Your work will directly support the Trust's clinical and operational priorities, while helping to maintain and improve the estate. You will bring specialist technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:building, technical, mechanical or engineering, alongside strong project management experience within a complex environment. This is a key role for a proactive professional who can confidently manage multiple projects, budgets, consultants and contractors, while ensuring schemes are delivered safely, effectively, on time and in line with Trust governance and statutory requirements.
