Job summary

Weston College invites applications for a 2-year fixed-term role to coordinate and manage the College's capital investment portfolio, ensuring strategic planning, governance and delivery of major projects. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, budget, risk and stakeholder engagement across campus infrastructure, ensuring health, safety and compliance.

Interviews will be held on-site at Weston-super-Mare.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, PMQ, MSP or equivalent).
• Experience of managing capital, construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern Weston College's capital investment portfolio.
• Ensure strategic planning and delivery of major projects across facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee budget, risk, procurement and stakeholder engagement.

Education

2 year Fixed Term basis, to provide strategic coordination and management across the College's complex capital investment portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure projects are effectively planned, governed and coordinated and will have a robust oversight of programme, budget, risk, dependencies, procurement, stakeholder engagement and delivery.
