My client is wanting to hire a Capital Modelling consultant who will sit in-between software development and actuarial in the consulting arm of the business.

This role is very heavily based on coding and development so in order to succeed you must have proven coding experience as well as an actuarial background.

Candidates should have 3 years' experience in general insurance - can be pricing, reserving but preferably capital.

*Python, SQL, Tyche are desirable

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing capital modelling solutions for the (re)insurance market
• Work closely with clients to gather business specifications and requirements
• Supporting the sales process through Tyche and TCM
• Training other users of the system

3 days in the London office (flexible)

£70,000 base salary + 10% bonus + benefits package

Up to £85,000 for qualified actuaries
