Job summary

Eames Consulting is recruiting a senior Capital Modelling actuary to lead a team of capital analysts in London. You will own governance of the internal capital model and drive development, validation, and parameterisation.

Youll deliver capital reporting for internal and regulatory stakeholders and collaborate with Risk, Actuarial and Finance to align processes; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary (or equivalent experience).
• Strong capital modelling experience within the insurance market.
• Experience of internal model use, parameterisation and model development.
• Strong understanding of Solvency II / regulatory capital frameworks.
• Previous management or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
