Responsibilities

• Write and review financial assurance reports and transaction documents.
• Interact with client management to assure and understand transaction details.
• Manage teams on various engagements and ensure quality delivery.
• Lead on complex accounting issues for capital markets transactions.

Skills

Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS / US CPA qualification

Experience with US SEC reporting and PCAOB auditing standards

Strong team management ability

Strong project management skills

Knowledge of capital market rules and regulations
