Responsibilities

• Support delivery of capital and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, action logs and programme information.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas and record key decisions and actions.
• Assist with budget monitoring, forecasting and project reporting.
• Support contract administration and performance monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate records across property and project management systems.
