Job summary

EET Fuels, operating at Stanlow, seeks an experienced administrator to join the Capex Project Management team. You will coordinate procurement, cost tracking and safety documentation to enable safe, efficient project delivery on site.

You will work with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance, Finance and Supply Chain, using SAP and other systems to maintain governance, reporting and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or similar procurement and invoicing systems.
• High accuracy with financial data and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP-based procurement and finance processes (requisitions, POs, service entries, accruals).
• Support Capex cost tracking, timewriting, and supplier invoicing.
• Coordinate SIMS action tracking and safety documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for SAP, MyEssar and IT queries within Capex.
• Organise leadership meetings, travel, reporting, and document control.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement, HR and HSSEQ with external partners.
