EET Fuels, operating at Stanlow, seeks an experienced administrator to join the Capex Project Management team. You will coordinate procurement, cost tracking and safety documentation to enable safe, efficient project delivery on site.
You will work with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance, Finance and Supply Chain, using SAP and other systems to maintain governance, reporting and deadlines.
Location: Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port
Employment Type: Site Based Full Time Role 5 days per week Monday-Friday

This role is part of the Capex Project Management team, providing essential coordination and administrative support to enable safe, controlled and efficient project delivery. You’ll work closely with the UK Capex Delivery Lead and leadership team, acting as a central point across project, commercial and safety processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring that project governance, cost control and system workflows are maintained to a high standard, supporting multiple projects and stakeholders across the site.
You’re an experienced administrator or coordinator who understands the demands of working within a project, engineering or operational environment, where structure, accuracy and follow-through are essential to delivery.
You bring a strong understanding of process-driven environments, and are confident supporting teams with financial, system and safety-related activities.
