Job summary

Sage Group plc is seeking a Forecasting Analyst to develop and maintain forecasts guiding critical business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Operations to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights and support strategic planning.

This role blends analytical rigour with commercial awareness and focuses on building forecasting models, analysing historical performance and market trends, producing scenario plans and presenting findings to leaders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in forecasting, financial planning, business analytics, revenue operations or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • The ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with large datasets and forecasting methodologies.

Job description

As our Forecasting Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining forecasts that help guide critical business decisions.
