Job summary

Nestlé UK&I THub is seeking a Capacity Load & Compliance Specialist to optimize transportation across the UK & Ireland, reporting to the THub Team Lead. You will drive vehicle utilization, plan demand in SAP TM, and manage freight costs while maintaining service levels.

Work with factories, distribution centres and suppliers to ensure accurate master data and timely freight settlements, while continuously improving haulier performance and cost structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transport planning within a supply chain context.
• Ability to analyse data and improve transportation efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP TM or similar transport planning systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan transport demand in SAP TM as required, assign carriers with agreed rates, and minimise cost.
• Ensure accurate system setup and master data for freight settlements and timely payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across haulier base through data analysis.
• Collaborate with sites and categories to ensure smooth outbound flow and cost control.
