Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior engineer - Process & Performance to lead the design, development and deployment of innovative processes and operating models that boost delivery performance and organisational effectiveness.

You will drive digital and data-led approaches, identifying opportunities to automate activities, improve visibility and enable better decision-making through performance insights, while championing continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience architecting cross-functional ways of working across people, process, data, tools and performance.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements from concept to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of process design methodologies, systems thinking, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build consensus for new approaches.

• Knowledge of process design methodologies, systems thinking, enterprise architecture and the use of digital tools, workflow platforms or data analytics to improve performance.
• The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing competing priorities while building consensus around new approaches.
