This role involves overseeing the entire CAPA lifecycle and leading root cause analysis for defects and non-conformances. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and proven experience in heavy engineering. Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end CAPA lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Define and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills

Working knowledge of fabrication and welding processes

Ability to work cross‑functionally
