Prospero Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Candidate Manager to join our Bristol team. You will conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability for various roles, advertise vacancies, source candidates via multiple channels, and coordinate each stage from application through to offer.

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening abilities.
• Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network.
• Coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
• Support with candidate mailers.
• Ensure compliance: safeguarding checks, Right to Work, DBS checks, reference verification and documentation.
