Job summary

Market 36 Recruitment Ltd in Braintree Town Centre is seeking a Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You will own candidate attraction, engagement and pipeline management across the business, in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm. Salary up to £28,000 DOE, with Market 36 Recruitment Ltd acting as both Employment Business and Agency for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Confident speaking to candidates over the phone and face-to-face.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or people-focused experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple divisions
• Manage incoming applications and candidate enquiries
• Reactivate existing candidates from our database
• Conduct candidate registrations and initial screening
• Build and maintain strong, up-to-date candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate availability and ongoing communication
• Coordinate & conduct registrations, interviews and appointments
• Greet and welcome candidates, clients and other office visitors
• Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance information
• Support consultants with urgent candidate requirements and sourcing activity
• General administrative tasks
