Mountain Warehouse is seeking a part-time Team Leader for our Ontario location at Trinity Common. You will guide and inspire the retail team to exceed targets, while delivering a welcoming shopping experience and upholding high standards of stock presentation and operational excellence.

• Maintain shop floor standards, stock presentation, ticketing and organisation, and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to meet KPIs and identify development opportunities.

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
