Job summary

Unitemps is opening its first on-campus branch at the University of Sussex in Falmer, with a Branch Manager responsible for leading the launch, operation and growth of the branch.

You will develop a business plan, identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with local employers while leading a team of recruitment professionals in a fast-paced environment. The role is predominantly campus-based and includes working five days a week with events such as Open Days.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with a track record of meeting recruitment sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local recruitment market.
• Experience at a senior management level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead a fast-paced recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and growth of the Unitemps branch on campus.
• Develop a business plan to identify new opportunities.
