Buckinghamshire New University is expanding its Unitemps service and seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant at the High Wycombe Campus. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of internal and external clients, screening candidates and coordinating placements with a compliant, customer-focused approach.

The role combines recruitment activity with business development, networking events and relationship-building with students, graduates and staff.

Competenze

• Proven recruitment experience across internal and external roles.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of onboarding, right-to-work checks and compliant processes.
