Job summary

Edge Hill University is seeking an experienced Soft Services Operations Manager to lead the Facilities Management team across cleaning, portering, waste management and warehouse services. The role involves managing staff, budgets and performance, while ensuring high standards of health and safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with colleagues across FM to deliver a high-quality campus experience. The role requires a flexible approach, with work five days out of seven including weekends

• Experience leading soft services across facilities

• Adequate knowledge of health and safety and risk management

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of cleaning, portering, waste management and warehouse services
