Job Summary

Citadel is looking to expand its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious, curious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You will partner with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on driving the hiring process forward and enhancing the candidate experience.

Your Objectives

  • Partner with recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, and facilitate candidate engagement activities.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Collect feedback from businesses and guide next steps for candidates.
  • Create offer documents and support onboarding processes.
  • Manage recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking and process documentation.
  • Assist in planning recruiting events and managing internship programs.
  • Handle expense reports and invoice processing related to campus activities.
Your Skills & Talents
  • Experience through internships or employment in a professional environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Outlook meetings is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in developing a career in finance and HR within a top firm.
