Job description

Are you looking to launch your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious, curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment! You will work closely with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process across various business areas. Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for driving the hiring process and managing the candidate experience.

Your Objectives
  • Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, and facilitate sell days by interfacing with candidates, recruiters, and business teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Collect feedback from the business and determine next steps for candidates.
  • Create offer documents and communicate with candidates during onboarding.
  • Manage recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking, process documentation, updating competencies, and administering surveys.
  • Assist in planning large-scale recruiting events and managing seasonal internship programs.
  • Handle expense reports and invoice processing related to campus activities.
Your Skills & Talents
  • Previous internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
