At Optiver, no two days are the same. As a Campus Recruiter, your primary focus will be hiring for our Intern and Graduate positions across London and Amsterdam. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from identifying talent at events and assessing cultural fit to extending offers and greeting new hires on their first day. What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Intern and Graduate roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain relationships with top universities and student groups.
• Build effective internal stakeholder relationships.
• Organize and participate in campus and in-house events, presentations, and interviews, continuously seeking improvements.
• Travel across the UK, Netherlands, and other locations as needed during peak seasons.
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract new talent.
• Contribute to projects on interview quality, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service-minded with professionalism, positivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working hours for events and travel, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
