Job summary

OneSchool Global Northampton Campus is seeking an ambitious Campus Principal to lead day-to-day operations, shape teaching and learning, and drive improvements across student outcomes. You will coach staff, oversee performance and development, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance across the campus.

We seek a visible, collaborative leader with a passion for education, ready to work hands-on to elevate teaching quality, wellbeing, engagement, and attainment within our modern campus

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within a school setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teaching staff.
• Track record of driving improvements in student outcomes through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective day-to-day leadership of the campus and maintain high expectations.
• Lead improvement through coaching, performance management, and development.
• Focus on safeguarding, compliance, and student wellbeing.
• Use data to monitor progress and drive attainment improvements.
• Develop and deliver the Campus Improvement Plan with measurable impact.
• Build strong relationships with staff, students and parents.
• Collaborate across OneSchool Global network to share best practice.
