Job summary

OneSchool Global Biggleswade Campus is seeking an exceptional leader to head the team from April 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. You will steer day-to-day management, drive curriculum delivery, and deliver pastoral care while promoting a culture where students become self-directed learners.

Reporting to the Regional Principal, you will work with the Executive Team to support Curriculum, HR, Finance, ICT, and WHS.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a school setting (e.g., Assistant/Deputy Headteacher, campus leader).
• Experience in curriculum development or teaching and learning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Biggleswade Campus on a full-time basis, driving educational excellence.
• Support day-to-day management and professional leadership, ensuring curriculum delivery and pastoral care.

The Position: We are looking for a leader of exceptional calibre and character to lead the Biggleswade team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for a forward thinking, highly motivated and truly inspirational practitioner who has a passion for developing the leaders of our future and ensuring every student realises their potential. Commencing from April 2026, with responsibility to support the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Biggleswade Campus, and will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner and the implementation of the school's policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. Reporting to the Regional Principal and supported by an experienced Executive Team with expert and high-level support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, you will be a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and
students. The Campus: The OneSchool Global Biggleswade Campus is situated in the heart of rural Bedfordshire near Potton and just six minutes from Biggleswade town centre, OneSchool Global Biggleswade campus spreads across six acres where 165 students and 26 staff members enjoy one of the UK's largest campus facilities - an environment that perfectly balances educational excellence with rural charm.
