Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College in Gloucestershire is seeking a dedicated facilities assistant to support portering tasks and keep the campus clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will move and deliver furniture and equipment, respond promptly to site-related issues, and contribute to recycling and waste disposal activities on a dynamic campus.

• Work closely with facilities teams to keep campus presentable, safe and secure.
• Move and deliver furniture, supplies and equipment.
• Respond to site-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out general portering, waste disposal and recycling duties.

Job description

• Able to work closely with our facilities teams to ensure the campus is presentable, safe and secure
• Moving and delivering furniture, supplies, and equipment
• Responding to site-related issues quickly and efficiently
• Main duties include general portering and waste disposal and recycling
• Our campus and facilities are outstanding and you will have a key role to play ensuring the campus is well-maintained, clean and tidy at all times
  Able to keep up with the demands of an active role

• Previous experience in a similar facility, site services, or portering role is desirable
