Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a proactive Facilities Porter to join our campus services team. You will work closely with facilities teams to keep the campus presentable, safe and secure, move and deliver furniture and equipment, and respond quickly to site-related issues.

You will handle general portering, waste disposal and recycling, and contribute to a clean, tidy, welcoming environment across our 360-hectare campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a facility, site services, or portering is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a busy, active environment.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities teams to keep campus presentable, safe and secure.
• Move and deliver furniture, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond to site-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Carry out general portering, waste disposal and recycling duties.
