Job summary

King's College London is seeking a Campus Operations Administrator to support the Campus Operations Team and act as Office Manager and PA to senior managers.   • Lead the coordination of minor non-technical projects.

Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating an exceptional campus experience at our university. We are seeking a motivated and organized Campus Operations Administrator to support our Campus Operations Team. As the Campus Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the office and providing administrative support to the senior Campus Operations Management Team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing local aspects of the Service Desk, ensuring a customer-focused service for our end users, and facilitating effective communication through meetings and user forums.

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and good organiser, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.
  • Numerate and with an understanding of budgets

  • Skilled at complaint handling & service recovery
Desirable criteria
  • Demonstrable H&S experience and knowledge (preferably with IOSH/NEBOSH qualification)
  • Secretarial or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with working in the Higher Education Sector
  • Experience of delivering to SLAs and KPIs
