Qualifications

• Certification in Wiring Regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish building fabric and equipment.
• Monitor and repair GBS buildings as needed.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects and ensure compliance.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full, Clean Driving Licence
