Qualifications

• Must possess the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 or equivalent NVQ preferred.
• Previous building maintenance experience required.
• Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques appreciated.
• Must have a flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold a full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance efficiently.
• Maintain buildings and equipment in optimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
