Qualifications
Experience working in a 1st/2nd line support environment with at least 3 years’ experience.
Proven ability to resolve technical problems in end user computing systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office Desktop Applications.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all users of the University’s IT services.
Provide resolution of incidents and service requests.
Support and guide junior team members.
