Job summary

HPC Consultancy Ltd is seeking a creative, energetic freelancer or university student to lead local user growth for our video dating app, Candid. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who understands student culture, enjoys short‑form video content, and can organise guerrilla marketing on campus.

You will build a campus ambassador network across London universities, shoot engaging social content, manage simple local campaigns, and monitor download and sign‑ups to report what works best.

Qualifications

• Based in London with access to major university campuses.
• Interest in short-form video creation (TikTok/Reels).
• Outgoing with strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule of 8–10 hours per week.
• Well-connected or familiar with London student life.

Responsibilities

• Campus Activation: recruit and coordinate student ambassadors across London campuses.
• Content Creation: shoot and edit short-form videos for social channels.
• Local Campaigns: plan guerrilla marketing activities and referral challenges.
• Social Management: post regularly and engage with student communities.
• Growth Tracking: monitor downloads and sign-ups to report on effective strategies.
