Job summary

The Royal College of Music in London is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to join our Estates & Facilities team. You will lead the facilities team on shift, oversee operational activities, coordinate room setups, and manage service requests while maintaining high standards of safety, security and housekeeping across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or operational processes within facilities, security or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using systems such as Outlook.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make informed decisions in emergencies.
• Manual handling training is essential; First Aid, Fire Marshal or Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous.
