Job summary

The Manchester College is looking for a Property Assistant to join the Harpurhey campus facilities team. This hands-on position supports cleanliness, security, and maintenance, including unlocking buildings, setting up rooms, deliveries, and minor repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming learning environment.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), offering variety, teamwork, and opportunities to contribute to student success within a busy college setting.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will need to work toward an NVQ or equivalent in caretaking services.
• Experience of using a CAFM system is desirable.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
