The University of Warwick is seeking a Campus Cleaning Services Supervisor to lead a small team of Cleaning Assistants across the campus within the Estates Department. This full-time role involves 36.5 hours per week over a 5-day over 7 pattern, with weekend work, and overseeing service delivery to students, staff and visitors.

You will require experience in team management, basic Health & Safety knowledge, and IT proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team and coordinating a service team.
• Knowledge of basic Health & Safety relevant to the role.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Cleaning Assistants to deliver cleaning services across the campus.
• Organise and supervise shift patterns and ensure service levels are met.
• Coordinate with Estates and other supervisors, including weekend coverage.
• Support student, staff and visitors with a high standard of service.
