Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities services.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and quality standards.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience in planning rotas and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Cleaners ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
• Plan daily deployment and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Conduct audits and inspections of cleaning tasks.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain COSHH documentation and conduct risk assessments.
