Falmouth Exeter Plus’s Caretaking team is recruiting a Caretaking Supervisor to ensure campuses are functional, clean, safe and well presented. You will work across Falmouth and Penryn, managing priorities, responding to operational demands and upholding health and safety standards.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating rotas, and delivering high‑quality service to students, staff and visitors in various environments and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer‑focussed environment with excellent service.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day caretaking services across campuses.
• Organise staff rotas, work schedules and daily allocations.
• Room/event setup and office moves.
• External cleaning and waste management across sites.
