Falmouth Exeter Plus is recruiting a Caretaking Supervisor to lead a campus caretaking team across Falmouth and Penryn. You will ensure facilities are clean, safe and well presented while supporting students, staff and visitors.

The role requires managing priorities, responding to operational demands and maintaining health and safety standards. A proactive, customer-focused approach and driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with excellent service and organisational skills.
• Ability to work safely and professionally while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Experience supervising an operational team and deploying resources across multiple areas.
• Clear Instructions and accurate operational/people management records.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day caretaking services across both campuses.
• Organise and maintain staff rotas, work schedules and daily allocations.
• Room/event setup and office moves.
• External building cleaning, including windows, walls and footpaths.
• Waste management for on-site residents and buildings.
