Job summary

Altogether Care in Exeter is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our family-run care team. This 24 hours per week role offers consistent hours, with additional care cover when required and opportunities for professional growth.

You will write and update care plans, coach colleagues, participate in care reviews, and support on-call services, delivering hands-on care while maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Write and update new and existing care plans.
• Coaching and mentoring care colleagues.
• Attending care reviews.
• Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis.
• Providing hands-on care and support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members and professionals.
• Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
