Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an ambitious AI Engineer at campus/graduate level to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, data scientists, and consultants to prototype scalable capabilities integrating Claude and other AI technologies with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Engineering, data science, AI, ML.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, projects, or work.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, databases, source control, and cloud apps.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Prototype and deliver AI capabilities using Claude and other providers, including RAG and automation tools.
• Assist with prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool usage within workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and client teams on solution design.
• Support data preparation, retrieval, evaluation, and monitoring for AI apps.
