Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Campus Accommodation & Amenities Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of a 2,400-worker campus. Reporting to Facilities Management Lead, you will plan, coordinate and deliver the transition from construction handover to full operational readiness with safety, compliance and excellent customer experience in mind.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and operational readiness experience.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, construction or complex operational programmes.
• Knowledge of facilities management, supplier management and service mobilisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working within regulated or highly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and operational readiness of a large-scale workforce accommodation facility.
• Coordinate accommodation services, catering, facilities management, utilities, communications, IT systems and customer services.
• Manage commissioning, handover and go-live activities.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to integrate all operational services into a seamless operating model.
• Drive workforce wellbeing through the delivery of high-quality accommodation and amenity services.
• Monitor risks, programme milestones and operational readiness activities to ensure successful delivery.
