AD Education UK is seeking an Academic Manager to lead Leamington Spa’s small campus, overseeing academic delivery, student services, and facilities. The role blends leadership with hands-on administration to ensure smooth operation and outstanding student experience.

You will coordinate timetables, enrolments, assessments and campus safety, while working with Programme Leaders and central teams to uphold academic standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in academic delivery and campus management.
• Experience with facilities management and health and safety compliance (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide academic leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and student-centred learning.
• Oversee campus administration including enrolment, attendance, progression and records.
• Manage facilities, safety, maintenance, vendor relations and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate campus events and liaise with central teams for quality assurance.
• Engage with students, faculty and stakeholders to maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on academic and operational outcomes.
