Job summary

Cloud Imperium Games seeks a Campaign Manager / Producer to lead the Squadron 42 launch campaign and manage day-to-day activity across external partners. You will work with our Marketing team to shape and deliver the campaign vision, ensuring assets, timelines and approvals are managed efficiently.

You will lead end-to-end production, coordinate with creative, brand, sales and production teams, track milestones, flag risks, and support post-campaign reporting with partner performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing marketing or media campaigns, ideally within games, entertainment, or a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong track record managing external partners and high-profile media relationships.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Willing and able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Marketing team supporting them in shaping and delivering our campaign vision.
• Lead end-to-end production of campaign deliverables across multiple external partners, ensuring assets, timelines, and approvals are managed efficiently.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for media and brand partners including managing briefs, feedback loops, and delivery schedules.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, brand, sales, and production teams to align campaign output.
• Track campaign milestones and proactively flag risks, keeping all stakeholders informed and delivery on track.
• Review and quality-check partner deliverables against briefs.
• Support post-campaign reporting by collating partner performance data and key outputs.
