Job summary

ISMG Information Security Media Group is seeking a highly organized Campaign Operations Manager to optimize internal workflows within the marketing tech stack and analyze client digital programs to improve campaign outcomes.

You will work with data management, automation workflows, and ICP interpretation to ensure accurate implementation and high-quality delivery across client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field(s).
• 2–3 years of digital marketing campaign operations experience with data management and workflow processes.
• Experience with MarTech platforms and the digital media ecosystem, including email automation and digital marketing administration.

Responsibilities

• Data management with daily data entry and tracking, aligned with ISMG process procedure.
• Maintaining marketing automation workflows and contributing to process/project management.
• Learning and developing expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, and other digital tactics to manage back-end operations of client campaigns.
• Interpreting contracts and client ICPs to ensure accurate implementation and high-quality delivery within standard systems/processes.
• Managing communication between client-facing teams and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular updates on lead metrics.
• Creating and managing internal and client ad campaigns, including delivering insights and performance reporting.
