Job summary

Live Nation in London is seeking a Marketing Campaigns professional to help deliver effective campaigns that sell tickets across our festivals and events. You will work with in-house Creative, PR and Digital teams and contribute to data-driven planning.

The role is based in Farringdon with some onsite work during festival season and reports to the VP Marketing - Campaigns. You should have marketing/campaign experience, across media channels including social, email and PPC, and be comfortable

Qualifications

  • Marketing/campaign experience with agencies, brands, promoters or similar.
  • Festival experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Create and deliver innovative, efficient marketing campaigns to sell tickets.
  • Collaborate with VP Marketing on festival marketing and arena-level campaigns.

Role Description

Working in the Campaign team, you’ll be delivering effective and inspiring marketing campaigns to sell tickets to an incredible range of events, working alongside our in-house Creative, PR and our Digital teams. As we move towards being a leader in digital innovation, you will need to understand the importance of the role that data plays in campaign planning.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Marketing/campaign experience with either a relevant agency, brand, record label, promoter or similar. Festival experience/knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience working across all media channels plus a proven track record of delivering online media (including social, email and PPC) campaigns would be an advantage
  • Manage multiple projects to completion under in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of the campaign briefing process (both media agency and creative)
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player – including experience line-managing direct reports
  • Able to work in evenings and weekends when necessary

What the role includes
  • Working within the Campaign team to create and deliver innovative, efficient and effective marketing campaigns to sell tickets to events and continually improve the way we market shows, across Live Nation’s concert touring and festival portfolio
  • Working closely with VP Marketing on festival marketing, whilst also independently managing campaigns up to arena level
  • Line-managing Campaign Executive, providing support, leadership, coaching and guidance to assist with professional development and fulfilling business objectives
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, executing plans that meet these objectives within budget and on time
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and third parties
  • Measuring performance of all campaigns, offering detailed reports and insights to power future campaigns
  • Work closely with the PR, Creative, Social and Online teams to ensure that campaigns are effectively supported at all times
  • Offer creative recommendations, based on campaign performance and offer solutions improve outcomes
  • Work with our agencies and in house creative team to produce compelling campaigns that are industry firsts
