Essential Criteria to apply for this role:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Services:

Strategic Management and oversight of all briefs across client accounts.

Establish strong and long-lasting relations with MXB’s diverse range of clients.

Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge and information.

Production of accurate budget plans and forecasts including steady payment of all

Present proposals, pitch documentation and delivery of presentations with passion.

Campaign Management

Presentation of Campaign ideas, budgets and critical paths via regular detailed

communication to the client pre, during and post campaign.

Involved in the costing of campaigns through supplier and talent liaison,

negotiation, contracts and management of deliverables.

Knowledge of and reconciliation of campaign budget throughout.

Management of internal team who are coordinating elements of the campaign brief.

Direct liaison with studio and digital teams on deliverables and critical path to

ensure all aspects of project are delivered on time and to budget.

Ensure campaign performance is tracked and reviewed; gather learnings and

insights for continuous improvement.

Media Management:

Support and contribute to media planning, particularly across digital and social

platforms.

Nurture relationships with media suppliers, book and buy media.

Negotiation and relationship management.

Knowledge and experience of approvals processes and lead times.

Ideation & Concept Development:

Collaborate with creative teams and CDs to brainstorm fresh, engaging content

ideas that align with campaign objectives.

Use insights and knowledge of social media channels to assist in the creation of

concepts for branded content, ads, digital campaigns, and social media assets.

Production:

Assist in logistical aspects of shoot production, including casting, location scouting,

talent selection and wardrobe / props.

Liaise with Lead Producer and production team throughout the production process.

Assist Lead Producer, Client Services Director and wider team with presentation of

shoot briefs, scheduling and team resourcing.

Ensure clear communication of production information to various stakeholders.

Attend shoots where necessary as the point of contact for clients on set.

Work collaboratively with Lead Producer and MXB’s diverse range of freelancers to

make best-in-class content.

Work with team to further develop agency and campaign processes and consistency

enhance product and service deliverables.

Work with team to ensure deliverables meets brand guidelines and project

objectives.

Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates

on progress, budgets, and deadlines.

Innovative Problem-Solving:

Address campaign and client challenges with quick and efficient solutions.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technology, and new creative

techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
