The Team
This role is part of the Marketing Orchestration Team
The Marketing Orchestration team at RAPP is a pivotal team focused on the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of production and technology-based projects for our clients. This implementation team involves setting up innovative products and technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and drive cost savings. The team requires hybrid roles. And transformation knowledge in Change Management processes, working with global multi- disciplinary integrated agency teams knowing how to review e2e process to identify efficiencies and effectiveness across the entire delivery chain.
The Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Executive / Junior Project Manager to join our team and work on a cutting-edge platform designed to create and deliver localised content powered by automation and AI solutions.
The role will be client facing so the person we appoint will be confident, smart, enthusiastic and proactive. Great at working with everyone in the agency, a people person who can bring everyone together and negotiate to ensure we meet our deliverables but in a way that is empathetic and sensitive to the needs of other accounts too.
Key Responsibilities:
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: c. 6 months - 1 years experience in a similar role in project management, content management and working with global teams
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CMS platforms and familiarity with automation and AI solutions.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality output.
Team Player: A natural and collaborative team player
Attitude: Willing to get stuck in from day one – you’ll be a hand raiser, happy to share the load
Fluent in European language is an advantage
